We are pleased to announce the first clinic of the year!
Our guest coach is Curtis Myden. Curtis is a three-time Olympic medalist in the 200m and 400m IM.
The clinic will take place on Sunday, January 24th. We will run two consecutive sessions: 7:15-8:15am, and 8:30-9:30am.
While the clinic is free and open to all current Graylings swimmers, if you are a Sunday swimmer, please try signing up for the hour you normally swim in.
This clinic will focus on Individual Medley (IM) and different aspects of swimming IM. Please note that this clinic is geared towards swimmers with a fundamental knowledge of all four strokes.
