Backstroke clinic!
Join us on Sunday 9th of May (this upcoming Sunday!) for a Backstroke Clinic with coach Steph. Gain valuable insights into how you can improve your backstroke, get feedback and work on technique.
We will offer two back to back clinics: 7:15am-8:15am and 8:30am-9:30am.
The clinic is free and open to current registered Graylings, but space is limited so please sign up to secure your spot. If you usually swim on Sundays we ask that you please sign up for the clinic during the time slot when you usually swim.
We will offer a normal workout for regular Sunday swimmers who don't want to participate in the clinic.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to any of the coaches or the board.
