| Story | I started Canoe Kayak in July 2017 because I wanted to develop better cardio and become stronger. I also joined kayaking as way to cross train for competitive gymnastics. I saw it as a great opportunity to advance in gymnastics. I thought I was just going to paddle for one summer but... I fell in love with kayaking and its something I've become extremely passionate about. I would strongly encourage anyone to paddle, as it gives me more confidence and I am a stronger person both physically and mentally. |
